I chose this hotel for a business conference in the Buenos Aires Central Business District. The conference center and meeting room provided ample space for our event. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient for both work and exploring.
I wish the hotel had a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

I really enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decorations made me feel like I was staying in a grand old mansion. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and sitting areas, were also well-maintained and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide enough to navigate easily with my walking aid, and there were elevators available to take me to my room without having to climb stairs.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were not as helpful or responsive as I would have liked.

I had an amazing stay at Kenton Palace! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the separate bath in the suite. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met. Despite a few minor issues like the locked fridge and the air conditioning, my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Kenton Palace for a comfortable and convenient stay in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Pink Palace and is nestled on one of the oldest streets in B.A. The cobblestone streets give the area a charming and historic feel. There are plenty of restaurants and mini-markets in close proximity, making it easy to find meals and necessities. The staff at the hotel are friendly and offer a variety of tours that can be booked directly with them. The room itself is spacious with a fridge and several accessible power outlets, perfect for charging devices. The bathroom has a good shower pressure and temperature, although the towel could be of better quality. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be improved. The hotel is close to the historic center and the universities, making it convenient for various purposes.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The WiFi at the hotel was slow and unreliable.

Convenient and comfortable stay
Great location, just a few blocks from popular attractions and multiple subway stations. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. One particularly appreciated feature was the spacious living and study area, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.
The breakfast selection could use improvement, with a limited hot food menu and a lack of variety in cold selections. the WiFi was extremely slow and frequently unusable, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones or complete work tasks while traveling.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right near Aldo's restaurant, which made it so convenient for us to enjoy delicious meals. The service was top-notch, with room service available and a car hire service that made exploring the city a breeze. The housekeeping staff kept our room impeccable, and the laundry service was a great convenience for us. The staff was always ready to assist us with tours and tickets, and we even received a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar that kept us refreshed throughout our stay. The hotel also had soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
We highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.
